		<description>I am ambivalent. Powell&#039;s lying in front of the UN certainly questions what I had always considered to be one of his strengths, namely that he was a man of honor. Nonetheless, your suggestion has great merit, and I think he probably would make an excellent Secretary of Defense.</description>
